About Koosha

Koosha Golmohammadi is an AI, data science and analytics executive with more than 15 years of experience applying machine learning to products, customer growth and business decisions across banking, insurance and applied research. He leads a global Applied AI/ML organization within Corporate Technology at JPMorgan Chase, driving initiatives end to end - from ideation and prioritization to development, evaluation and production deployment.

His experience spans:

• AI strategy and delivery: Defining AI roadmaps, aligning investment with business priorities, and delivering generative AI, agentic systems and predictive models, including graph-based anti-money laundering (AML) intelligence, agentic investigations, legal document intelligence and operational resiliency.
• Organization building and leadership: Building and developing global data science and engineering teams, mentoring managers, and establishing delivery practices. He previously built the data science team for US Wealth Management at JPMorgan Chase.
• Product and growth analytics: Connecting personalization, experimentation and customer intelligence with product strategy, acquisition, retention and executive decision-making.
• Responsible AI and engineering transformation: Embedding model evaluation, guardrails and human oversight into AI delivery, and leading implementation of specification-driven, AI-assisted software development practices.

Koosha holds an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan and a PhD in Computer Science focused on AI/ML from the University of Alberta. He has authored 14 peer-reviewed papers and regularly speaks on operational data science.
